Strawberry Nectarine Smoothie

Healthy smoothies and shakes are found quite frequently on our menu, either as a breakfast drink or snack or even as a dessert. They are easy to make, healthy for the most part and delicious…
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen overnight
- 1 nectarine, cut into pieces and then frozen overnight
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups / 350 ml buttermilk (recipe for home-cultured buttermilk)
- 1/2 quick oats
- honey, if necessary
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Enjoy!
Erdbeer-Nektarinen-Smoothie
Zutaten
- 1 1/2 Tassen Erdbeeren, über Nacht eingefroren
- 1 Nektarine, in Stücke geschnitten & über Nacht eingefroren
- 1 Banane
- 350 ml/ 1 1/2 Tasse Buttermilch
- 1/2 Tasse zarte Haferflocken (Kleinblatt-Flocken)
- Honig, bei Bedarf
Zubereitung
Alle Zutaten in einen Blender/Mixer geben und mixen.
Lasst es Euch schmecken!

Ich wuenschte, ich haette dieselben Fruechte, die es derzeit scheinbar in CA gibt. Nektarinen, seufz…lecker.

I’m going to have to try this but make alterations as I have no nectarines but have tangerines and clementines. In fact, I’ll be making it today. It looks delish!
