What a great way to start the day. Even an anti-breakfast person like me enjoys this drink in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup buttermilk (recipe for home-cultured buttermilk)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- honey, if desired
Directions
Soak the oats in pineapple juice for about half an hour.
Then add all ingredients (except for the honey) to the blender and mix.
Sweeten with honey, if desired!
And Good Morning to you!

Another shake for the morning to try ! We love drinking breakfast shakes. They can contain both nutrients and a delicious dessert type of food.
