Watermelon sorbet is a very refreshing treat. It is perfect for one of those hot days. And it is very easy to make with only few ingredients.
- 4 cups watermelon, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- about 1 tbsp lemon juice
In a blender, puree the watermelon. Add the sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Pass the watermelon mix through a sieve.
Freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instruction.
Eat immediately or store in an air tight container in the freezer.
